    We get crystal clear on where you are now and where you want to be at the end of the program. Goal setting for success!

  • Get Curious:

    Tune into yourself. We track patterns and practice deep listening to hone in on what feels aligned to your journey forward.

  • No Is a Complete Sentence:

    Building on the previous session we start to exercise your power to choose.

  • Tracking and Tools:

    Now that we’ve made space we dive into some tools to support you during your journey.

  • Drawing the Line:

    Here’s where we address things that may hinder your progress and how to navigate these when/if they arise.

  • Let it Go:

    Arguably one of the most important parts of goal achievement, detachment. Learn how great it feels to let go.

  • Calming Un-Comfortability:

    Now that you’ve made it past the half way mark and changes have been happening we discuss how to turn inward during uncomfortable/unfamiliar times.

  • Shhhh:

    Going even deeper within we cover how powerful silence can be when you’re healing and growing.

  • Making Room for Growth:

    After going within and having a clearer picture of where you’d like to go I encourage you to let what doesn’t serve you any longer to fall away.

  • Treat Yourself… Like a Human:

    Do you practice true self care? Learn how to nourish your human avatar.

  • Take Rest:

    One of the most overlooked areas of self care (especially when focusing on achieving a goal) REST! You’ll learn what types of rest you need and how to finally feel worthy of it.
