If you’re anything like me you’re curious about who is behind the screen. The real human that ‘has it all figured out.’ Let me let you in on a little secret…. No one has it ALL figured out. With that being said, I haven’t always been in a position to uplift others ( even though I definitely tried.) The truth is, I couldn’t even help myself for most of my 20’s. I was exhausted, unhappy, and lost. Sound familiar? I had spent most of those years trying to please everyone around me and uphold the appearances of having a ‘good life.’ By the time 30 was creeping up on me I was burnt out and done trying. I took a look around and nothing was what I thought it should be at this age. Luckily I did some deep healing physically, mentally, and spiritually. Was it easy? NO. Was it worth it? ABSOLUTELY!
So let me reassure you that 30 and beyond is the perfect time to start building the life you want! In just a few years I turned my health around, got certified to coach others in all areas of life, built healthy relationships, and let go of all of the things that were weighing me down. I can honestly say I truly know and love myself now! I want that for you too!
